Friendly and efficient on arrival, but after my eye test and when choosing my glasses the shop got very busy so had to wait quite a while for a second dispenser to check measurements.

I was using my eye care referral voucher and was told the wrong information, the person I was sat with went to ask a colleague and they still told me the wrong information if there going to offer a service then they should be all trained on what is available. The person serving me was very nice but there did not appear to have anybody in the store with knoladge of the product I wanted. I ended up ordering something I didn't really like so brought a pair I did like. I got home to find out I could of had the style and colour I wanted though my works eye care plan.
